Craniosacral Therapy
Cerebrial spinal fluid carries electrical impulses from the brain to all parts of the body and is influenced by light touch. It has its own pulse. Since this therapy affects all parts of the body, it can be used for a variety of ailments. I have certificates from the Upledger Institute in Level I (1996), Level II (1997), and Lymph Drainage I (2001). I have also done multi-hands and advanced work with other craniosacral teachers and therapists.

Energy Work
Intuitively and empathetically I can feel tensions and blockages. I use a variety of techniques to work on them.
Hot/Cold Stone Massage
Hot stones provide deep relaxation quickly. The cold stones help to reduce inflamation and headaches. It’s yummy. I became certified through Stone Spirits in 2005.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is the basic manipulation of muscles using a variety of strokes. I received my certificate in 1993.
Acupressure
I use Jin Shin Do, a Korean technique, which uses simple, direct finger pressure to relieve common tensions and discomforts. It is similar to Chinese acupuncture, without the needles. I received my certification from the Fairhaven Massage and Therapy center in 1995.
Structural Relief Therapy
Uses tender points and positions to create new muscle memory which alleviates pain or restrictions. I have six certifications in SRT, completed in 2007.
